Your FastTrack Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program

Nursing is a growing field with an ever-widening scope of practice. If you’re looking to enhance your life and make a difference in the lives of others through a career in nursing, Keiser University’s College of Nursing can help with our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. Our goal is to ensure that graduates are prepared to provide compassionate, patient-centered, culturally competent nursing care to a variety of populations. We teach students to use evidence-based knowledge and skills related to wellness, health promotion, illness, disease management, and end-of-life care, as well as to employ the latest health technologies.

The FastTrack Bachelor of Science in Nursing program is offered for students beginning their first professional nursing program, in a format that allows students to complete the program of study in seven semesters.

Upon graduation, you will be eligible to sit for the NCLEX-RN licensing exam to practice as a registered nurse.

Our Associate of Arts in Accounting program focuses on the accounting essentials you’ll need to master to pursue opportunities in this competitive field. You will gain a fundamental understanding of accounting, business, and other relevant professional skills necessary for an entry-level accounting clerk or bookkeeper, including financial accounting, federal taxation, and the use of office applications and accounting software.

In your Bachelor of Arts in Accounting program, you will master accounting essentials as you explore financial and managerial accounting, accounting information systems and auditing, accounting and business software systems, taxation, and more. You’ll also gain a solid foundation in business with classes in management, finance, marketing, and business law. Graduates of the Bachelor of Arts in Accounting program are eligible to sit for the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam in the state of Florida*.

Plus, if you pursue your bachelor’s in accounting at our Flagship campus, you can customize the program to your career focus with concentrations in Accounting Analytics and Fraud Examination.

*CPA exam eligibility requirements are determined by each state’s board of accountancy. It is the responsibility of the student to verify their state’s CPA requirements.

Your Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program

Keiser University’s College of Nursing Accelerated Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (ABSN) is a pre-licensure degree program for those wishing to complete a program of study in professional nursing. At the conclusion of the program, graduates will receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) and will be eligible to sit for the NCLEX-RN licensing exam to become licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse.

This program offers an accelerated format that allows students with previous college level work to complete the program of study in four semesters (after general education credits are evaluated and completed).

Interdisciplinary Studies, MA

About The Program

The Online Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies allows students to study multiple disciplines and select more than one field based on the student’s personal or professional goals. This graduate program will provide an intensive study of theory and practice in the fields of the student’s selected concentrations. It will foster independent learning and enable students to contribute intellectually to their chosen concentrations. Students will work closely with faculty members to foster advanced learning, critical thinking, and utilizing applied research methods.

The Online Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies program provides a practical alternative for master’s degree-seeking students whose needs cannot be met by individual majors. Students will combine multiple disciplines to enhance career advancement opportunities based on individual needs.

Students will select two concentrations or a combination of courses (up to 12 credits) each from their desired concentration, totaling eight courses (or 24 credits). Students will complete two capstone courses (6 credits), an action research project based on the student’s personal or professional goals. The master’s program in total is 30 credits. The chosen concentration elective courses will vary based on the student’s goals and approval by the Dean of Academic Affairs.
