Family nurse practitioners are advanced practice nurses who implement a holistic approach to the primary care of patients and their families. Keiser University’s College of Nursing online Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner program helps provide registered nurses with the advanced knowledge and clinical skills they will need to serve the health care needs of clients across the age spectrum. As an MSN-FNP student, you will receive a strong foundation in health promotion, disease and injury prevention, and the management of acute and chronic diseases. During clinical practicums, you will have the opportunity to apply the skills you have learned in the classroom to real-world health care environments.
