Your Doctor of Public Administration Program

Lead transformative change and shape the future of public service with Keiser University’s online Doctor of Public Administration (DPA). This program is designed for experienced professionals with at least three years of work experience in a field related to public service. Coursework bridges theory and experiential practice to prepare “pracademics,” professionals who use scholarly knowledge to solve real-world challenges. Through mentorship, research, and hands-on projects, you can build the leadership and analytical skills to influence policy, improve organizations, and strengthen communities.

Learn to address complex issues in public administration:

  • Research and Policy Innovation: Design and conduct research to solve pressing issues in public administration and policymaking.
  • Governance and Accountability: Develop, evaluate, and implement public policies to address complex social and ethical issues.
  • Leadership Development: Cultivate leadership and ethical governance practices to guide organizations through complex change.

Courses are taught by faculty with deep field experience in federal, state, and local government, law enforcement, education, health care, nonprofit management, and policy.

*Students are required to attend one on-campus residency.
