Ready to turn your creativity in the kitchen into an exciting career? At Keiser University, our Associate of Science in Culinary Arts program provides you with the tools, training, and techniques to work in fast-paced culinary environments and deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

Develop the culinary expertise that prepares you for a thriving career:

  • Kitchen Operations & Safety: Manage workflow, maintain high sanitation standards, and stay organized under pressure.
  • Culinary Techniques & Global Flavors: Build skills in stocks, sauces, and international cuisine to create versatile, high-impact menus.
  • Pastry, Baking & Nutrition: Balance flavor and function through thoughtful baking and menu planning.
  • Personalized Learning: Small classes, taken one course at a time, taught by our professional chef-instructors

You’ll also complete an externship in a working kitchen, gaining real industry experience while building confidence, connections, and career readiness.
