Whether you are aiming for district-wide leadership or want to shape education policy for any academic institution, Keiser University’s Educational Leadership programs provide advanced training to help you lead with purpose. Choose from two graduate-level options: the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) to hone skills in leadership, writing, research, and critical thinking, or the Education Specialist (EdS) for focused, post-master’s professional development.

EdS in Educational Leadership

The Educational Specialist degree is a post-master’s program that helps you grow as a reflective scholar and capable professional in schools or district-level roles. With a focus on leadership, ethical and informed decision making, program evaluation, effective communication, and advancements in technology, this program prepares you to guide teams, implement meaningful improvements, and drive student achievement.
